The dance faculty at Piedmont School of Music & Dance has extensive professional dance experience. The faculty has performed for companies such as American Ballet Theatre, San Fransisco Ballet, Hungarian National Ballet, The Juilliard School, Charlotte Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, Hartford Ballet, American Reparatory Ballet and West Australian Ballet. In addition to their performance experience, PSMD’s instructors have had a wealth of experience in teaching positions throughout the nation in association with institutions such as American Ballet Theatre’s Studio Company, University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Charlotte Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, Wake Forest University, and other privately owned dance studios.

Mrs. Janes professional career began at the young age of 17 with Dayton Ballet where she performed for nine years as a principal dancer. Before joining Charlotte Ballet in 2002, Rebecca was a member of Ballet Met.
Received a BFA cum laude in Dance Performance and K-12 Dance Certification. After graduating from UGA, Kristin had the privilege to dance with the Carolina Ballet Theatre for two seasons under the direction of Hernan Justo.Read More about Kristin
